So, I know that this event still affects characters who don't have crests/can't get crests, but how would this affect the chosen who can evolve Digimon to Ultimate and higher but don't have a crest. If Chika ends up affected, would she still be limited to just Champion Level evolution, or since she doesn't have a crest would Biyomon still be able to become Garudamon?
