He would probably start to think he's been a terrible leader, that he is a failure, and that he is continuing to drive Gizamon into danger that neither he or his digimon are ready for. This doubt and lack of motivation will trigger the evolution because Kaldur will give into despair, questioning all of his previous calls as leader.
This is probably the only time he would trigger a dark digivolution |D
