<B>CHARACTER NAME:</B> <B>PARTNER:</b> <b>LOCKED DIGIVOLUTION:</b> What do you have listed tentatively? <b>DARK DIGIVOLUTION:</b> What Digimon will they be forced to go to? Please note, if you ever change your tentative line they will not be able to go to this Digimon. <b>REASON:</b> Why would your character be capable of Dark Digivolution? They must be completely traumatized/afraid/not themselves for this to happen. Please note, if we do not feel your explanation adequate then they will not be put in the roll for this option.
